Mr. Berlin is a business leader with a successful, 20-year track record of R&D management, product and project management in the high-tech industry who brings to AFORE Solutions a wealth of entrepreneurial and executive experience. Prior to co-founding AFORE Solutions, Mr. Berlin was Director and Ottawa Site Manager for the Broadband Routing and Switching Division of Marconi Communications. Previously, he held senior management positions with Nortel Networks, Telrad Networks and several other high-tech companies. Mr. Berlin holds a Master's Degree in Computer Systems and also completed Nortel’s Executive Business Management Program.

Jonathan Reeves, a top technology leader and networking luminary, joins AFORE Solutions’ as Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer. Jonathan is a well known leader in the development of forward looking technologies whose background spans successful start-up initiatives and high profile public firms.

Jonathan has founded and led three networking companies Sahara Networks (acquired by Cascade/Ascend), Sirocco Systems (acquired by Sycamore) and Mangrove Systems. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Jonathan held a number of senior engineering and management roles with General DataComm (GDC). In 1993, Jonathan spear-headed the company's ATM activity, establishing GDC as an early leader in the ATM switching market. Jonathan served as an Operating Partner with Bessemer Venture Partners, is on the Board of Trustees at Quinnipiac University, and is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences.

Mr. Kite has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry holding senior positions in software development, product management and business development with established and small start-up telecommunication companies, including Castleton Networks, Newbridge Networks, Alcatel and Marconi. Prior to co-founding AFORE Solutions Mr. Kite was Director of Business Development at Marconi Communications where he was responsible for developing new partnerships. With extensive business experience in resell, OEM, IP licensing, mergers and acquisitions Mr. Kite is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships/alliances and commercial activities on behalf of AFORE Solutions.

Mr. Osanitsch brings over 25 years of high-tech and senior management experience. As a seasoned executive in both corporate and startup environments and is experienced in growing early stage businesses and managing global sales, marketing, and business development efforts.  Most recently, Mr. Osanitsch was President of JOBCOE, a consultancy organization specializing in market penetration strategies for networking companies. 

Mr. Osanitsch has held numerous Executive positions.  Mr. Osanitsch served as VP Sales and Service for Quarry Technologies. Prior to Quarry, he served as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Andes Networks Inc. (ANI). Prior to ANI, Mr. Osanitsch was the interim CEO and EVP of Business Operations at Kenetec, a start-up based in Connecticut. Before joining Kenetec, Mr. Osanitsch held numerous positions at Marconi Communications including serving as Marconi's Vice President of Strategic Solutions for Corporate and VP Marketing for its Broadband Routing & Switching products.

Mr. Osanitsch came to Marconi through the acquisition of Mariposa Technology, an integrated access device (IAD) startup. At Mariposa, Mr. Osanitsch was EVP of Advanced Technology and Business Development and had also served as the Company's interim President and CEO. Prior to Mariposa, Mr. Osanitsch held management positions in product development, sales and marketing with General DataComm and Eastman Kodak.

Mr. Osanitsch studied strategic marketing at Teikyo Post College in Connecticut and business management and administration at Baruch Business College in New York.

Craig was named Vice President, Finance & Administration in July 2007; in this capacity, Craig oversees all finance, accounting, human resources and administrative matters at AFORE.  Prior to joining AFORE in July 2004, Craig held senior finance and controller roles at WorldHeart, Alcatel, and ActivCard.

Craig is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Ottawa.
